• Was a key resource in handling day-to-day operations at µLearn. Planned and executed different events and programs including weekly recurring events.
• Lead the teams which includes Technology, Moderations and Policing and used different strategies to grow the community. Aligned different stakeholders towards the same vision.

- Young Innovators Program (A govt. of Kerala initiative to promote entrepreneurship)

• Led the campaign that accelerated student startup ideas from 20 to 9,400 in a matter of 3 months.
• Curated offline learning and entrepreneurship programs and ran them across the state.
• Analysed student ideas and engagement data and planned campaigns to bring in more student startup ideas.
• Did a UX case study and took action to revamp the YIP student registration portal.
